Welcome to my portfolio!
Who am I?
I am an academic researcher working at the intersection of applied mathematics, statistics, machine learning and artificial intelligence, computational linguistics, geography, and the digital humanities. I am passionate about mathematics, the humanities and social sciences, computers, and education. What I enjoy most is designing mathematical models for all kinds of phenomena, especially in the social sciences, running numerical simulations, and building data visualizations.
I created this website to share some of my work. Here you will find:
- My résumé and a list of my publications (below).
- Teaching materials.
- Data visualizations.
I hope you enjoy them!
